I would give Elite more stars if I could. By the way when you get your car back it is fully detailed not many shops are actually fully detail your car for you some may just clean it and buff it out things like that after they fix it but the shop clean the interior with a full detail service on-site. The business is licensed and insured.

I can use every great word in the book, I will spread the word. The business has an A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau. They took it back into the lab and 10minutes later, it was new car smell again. There may be a hailstorm, or you might get into a minor or major accident.

I gave this shop a try due to the great reviews on Google, Yelp, and Angie's List. I had some scratches on my Audi; nothing major, but my car was almost brand new so I was anxious to get it back to its original shape. The service provided by Rob is nothing short of spectacular. Rob explained the entire process to me, did almost all of the work with the insurance company, set up my rental car, and kept me updated on the process and answered all my questions. He even gave me a lift to the shop to pick up my car when it was ready. I was a little anxious handing off my sensor-laden car to a non-Audi-affiliated shop, but Rob seemed very familiar with the requirements for working with the technology. He adhered to all of the guidelines for repair provided by Audi and drove my car to an Audi dealership to make sure that the new sensors were properly configured. The work performed was to my satisfaction, and my car was returned to me cleaner than it has every been since it left the showroom floor. While I hope to never need body work again, I'd most certainly give Rob repeated business should the need arise. This is the second time I've used Weiss Automotive. The first time, Rick fixed my car for free. He simply popped the bumper back in and I was on my way. This time around, the bumper and headlamp needed replaced. Rick provided the estimate while I waited and we set up a time to drop off the car. The work was done in a couple of days. He had the car washed and backed it out of the garage for me. Rick is a gentleman, easy-going, just a pleasure to work with. He makes a dented vehicle, trouble-free. I picked my truck up looking better than the day I bought it, detailed inside and out. And they were detail oriented until the minute I got in my truck to leave, catching small things they wanted to touch up. It may have taken longer than my insurance company had slated for the work to be complete, but as Rob Sr. I cannot give enough praise for Rob Wagner Auto Body! I do not typically take time to write reviews but with the service I received here I felt compelled to share my experience. The rear bumper of my Pearl White Lexus SUV had to be repaired after it had a slight run in with a post in a parking garage. Based on a previous experience with Rob Jr. My insurance company encouraged me to submit a claim using their app and uploading photos of the damage. I spoke with Rob Jr. He told me not to worry and assured me that he would work with them to provide the necessary documentation to get the job done the way it should be done and to my satisfaction. I was glad I had this conversation when the insurance claim was updated to show that they were going to send me a check for a very, very small amount of money. Because my car was safe to drive, I told Rob Jr. Despite that, he got me scheduled quickly and was very accommodating when I had to change the first scheduled date. Once I did drop the car off, Rob Jr. And as promised, he worked with the insurance company to get a new bumper cover paid for rather than try to repair the damage as they had initially allowed for in their estimate. The work was completed in a very timely fashion and when I went to pick the vehicle up I was greeted by Rob Sr. I was amazed that the paint matched exactly — it looked like it had just rolled off the showroom floor. There was no sign of any kind of work — no drips, rough patches, over spray — just absolute perfection. After looking it over, I went into the office where Rob explained every page of the paperwork to me and explained a few things that the insurance would just not cover Rob Jr. My car was cleaner than I have seen it in a long time when I picked it up — INSIDE and out. I was not expecting that at all — they definitely went above and beyond! You will not be disappointed if you chose them for any repair — small or large. Ken Barry went out of his way to help with my car rental. Enterprise had assigned my car rental to their Wilkinsburg office even though there was an Enterprise office about three blocks from Alley Way Auto Shop. Ken called the local office and they transferred everything. I dropped the car off on Monday and Ken thought about a week to complete the repair. He actually finished a day early and did a beautiful job. The parts took a bit longer to come in and required a lot more work than was anticipated but the car looks better than new and the finish on the new parts is indistinguishable from the rest of the car. Sonny then buffed and waxed the entire car and it looks new. I had it at a Ferrari show a few weeks later and everyone was duly impressed. My only complaint was the car was not washed when the job was completed. I'm not asking for a full detail of the vehicle but a simple car wash would be nice. They only washed the part of the car they were working on. Just a thought for the future! I will definitely bring all of my business to Lorenzato!

Troy was great to work with, answered all my questions and kept good communication on the status of the repair. Clients appreciate their professionalism, reliability, communication, friendliness, and body work. And they did a too great job with the repair and they even cleaned my car. My entire experience was wonderful. After my car was wrecked they made everything easy and seemless. Then the work that was done to the vehicle was above and beyond what I expected.
